Welcome to the Polar Electro US service registration site! This service can only be used for the New York Service Center.

Please check first whether you are able to troubleshoot the problem with the help of our support pages. Our customer care team is also happy to help.

By registering your Polar product for service you will receive a unique repair ID that will allow you to check the status online. If an email address is included with registration you will also receive updates on the status throughout the process.

After registration is complete please PRINT your registration information and send it with your product for service.

Please synchronize the Polar device with a Flow account before shipping it for repair to avoid any data loss. The product will be reset to factory defaults during the repair service when needed. Polar is not responsible for any data loss during the service.
